Closing my birthday with 'Henry V' my 102nd show at Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Normally a spectacle that strives to rival movies, this production was at the smallest theater with a versatile cast of twelve and used clever and effective staging and choreography to convey the enormity of many moments while taking advantage of being up close to convey what is a very nuanced play. It was a good time even though I know this play well and have watched it often. I started the applause at the end, thus winning the show and the day. #henryvOSF #osf2018 @osfashland
Con: still a twinge of an ear infection. PRO: birthday walk along one of my favorite spots: Ashland Creek in Lithia Park.

Cheerio Nova, you guys! Like, this is only about 1/3 of it along the sidewalk here! Kaboom!

Chocolate forensics. Like a crayon rubbing, you can see when I broke off a morsel then folded the package back up again. Looks like at the final fold I went to town and snarfed down the last in a fenzied binge.
Delighted that almost three months after its passage, this #Measure101 sign in the middle of a busy Oregon highway still hangs out.
